You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account and Registration
To access certain services, you may be required to provide information about yourself and your business. You agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Service Fees and Payment

- External economic factors
Past results do not guarantee future performance.
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary accounts and information
- Grant appropriate permissions for us to manage your campaigns
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Maintain adequate advertising budget for campaigns
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
- Ensure your products and services comply with regulations
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to:
- Your Shopify store and its content
- Your advertising accounts (Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Your email lists and customer data
- Your brand and trademarks

We retain ownership of:
- Our proprietary methods and processes
- Our brand and trademarks
- Tools and systems we develop
8.3 Work Product
Upon full payment, you will own the advertising creative, email copy, and other materials we create specifically for your campaigns. We may retain the right to use anonymized data for case studies and marketing purposes.
9. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement:
- Initial setup fees are generally non-refundable
- Monthly retainer refunds will be prorated based on work completed
- Refund requests must be made in writing
- Advertising spend is non-refundable (paid directly to platforms)
- Specific refund terms will be outlined in your service agreement
10. Service Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement (typically 30 days). You will receive all completed work and retain access to your accounts.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not received as agreed

- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

- The working relationship becomes untenable

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- BoldSellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim
- We are not responsible for platform policy changes, account suspensions by third parties, or algorithm changes beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold BoldSellers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your products or services
- Infringement of third-party rights
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
